Waterpolooza Recap

This past weekend’s Waterpolooza tournament was a huge success! Our teams competed against some of the best programs in the state, gaining valuable experience and continuing to grow as we prepare for district play.

• Girls – 4th place in the Gold Bracket
• Boys – 4th place in the Silver Bracket

Round Rock Tournament

This Friday and Saturday, we’ll travel to Round Rock, TX for our final tournament of the season.

• Only 12 girls and 12 boys will travel to this tournament.
• Coaches will release the Round Rock roster on Monday afternoon.

Player Development & Clubs

Several players have asked for more individual feedback, which is fantastic! Keep working on individual skills that make our whole team stronger. Remember,reps matter.

I strongly encourage athletes to join a club team (swim or polo, ideally both!). This is one of the best ways to continue building skills outside of the HS season.

  • Boys: Monday & Wednesday
  • Girls: Tuesday & Thursday
  • Combined session added Fridays starting in September
• Athletes may try the first week before registering.
• Discounts available for Free/Reduced Lunch and AAAA-swimming

Practice Schedule – This Week mostly a normal week of practice (see team calendar for details).

• Tuesday: Boys – No practice. Study Hall at 9:00 am in Café
• Wednesday: Girls – No practice due to Open House. Report to 8th period in C147
