One more form to complete!

All athletes need to log in to Rank One and complete the Previous Athletic Participation questions.

The first question asks: "Has the student attended a school other than Brandeis High School in the last 12 months?"

• If you attended Brandeis High School for the entire previous school year, select "No."
• If you are an incoming freshman, select "Yes." You will then be prompted to answer a few additional questions about the middle school you attended.

Please follow all prompts, answer each question, and sign the required forms before submitting. If you have any questions, please let me know.

If you need step-by-step guidance, our Team Moms, Mrs. Sweeney and Mrs. Dial, have already completed the forms and are happy to help walk you through the process.
